love the message of this video! i incorporated it into my management presentation yesterday. it's long, but at least watch the first 4 minutes of it.

I loved this! And I love how everyone reacted to his validation, "really, you think so?" I totally say that when someone says that to me!! I do need to pass that on, but be sincere. He did a good job of looking sincere!
